As a project manager for the Club, Matt Adams spends his workday taking care of Club members’ requests.

This includes phone calls and emails answering members’ questions about simple repairs, or researching the best route to solve a member’s more complex problem. Either way, the goal is resolving problems to our members’ satisfaction.
“I enjoy working to help people,” Matt says. “I get to have an important role in making people’s lives easier. I also enjoy being a part of our knowledgeable and experienced team.” He shared a story of a member who was having trouble with smoke detectors. “We helped troubleshoot the problem to a battery issue and were able to quickly take care it for her. It made her day, and she expressed her gratitude.”
Outside of work, Matt is a father to his two children, 18 and 11, and he’s an outdoor enthusiast. He recently hiked The Enchantments. He says, “It felt like a dream, seeing such a beautiful, natural landscape.” In addition, he enjoys supporting local restaurants, most recently through takeout.
Matt’s advice for Club members is: “Just contact us. There’s always somebody available to help. If we don’t have an immediate solution, we will find a way to get you an answer. We can help resolve the issue and get you back to enjoying your home.”
