Become a Member
For over 60 years, local homeowners have trusted the Home Owners Club® for quality upkeep, repairs and improvements at fair prices.
Membership in the Club costs just $60 per year. Additional residential or commercial properties you own may be included for $10 each. Membership for condominium associations is $80 per year (with individual unit owners within the association eligible to then join for only $10 each).
To be eligible for membership, all properties you want covered must be within the Club's primary service area.
To become a member:
- Enter your zip code to confirm your property is in the Club's primary service area:
- Complete the application form:
- Print a hardcopy version and fill in the blanks with a pen.

- Complete an electronic version on-screen, then print it out.

To pay by credit card – Please mail the completed application form to the above address or email a copy to staff@homeownersclub.org and we will contact you during normal business hours to pay by credit card.
After your membership application is processed, you'll receive a welcome letter and membership cards in the mail. You will also begin receiving "At Home," the Club's newsletter.
